 Been lifting for ~1.5 months now, feeling lots better about the positions, only person at my school who does the Olympic Lifts though  So only self coached so far, but either way here they are, need to work on my camera positioning  125lb Snatch 160lb Clean and Jerk (Press out I know) | ||

I kinda lucked out on that when I came here, I didn't start lifting or any fitness related stuff until after I'd already made my decision on the school, so I'm glad our gym is so slick. As far as the lifts, thanks about the mobility :D years of martial arts mixed with gymnastics helped with that And yeah I know I need a lot of work on technique, working a lot from the hang since that's apparently quite good for technique, any single glaring thing I should work on? | ||

Softball team was learning how to power clean We had no school that day (Mid semester break, they give us Friday off) so they had even less motivation to be there than they normally do (not a lot of the sports teams besides basketball and football players give a shit about lifting) on top of never doing it before | ||

Place is usually pretty deserted between sports seasons during my Thursday/Friday workouts so I could do one then at some point or another | ||

heaviest clean i've done since nationals probably. Something just doesn't feel right with it though -_- did power cleans up to 120 yesterday my PC so bad ~~ | ||

Holy shit, bands are incredible. It forced me under the bar that I had to improve my technique to even try the lift. Result: My technique improved greatly in just an hour. Can't wait to get back on that. | ||
