I definitely should've glued my shoes back together earlier, but for those who are curious about what the Romaleo 2s look like from layer to layer, I have some pictures of mine which I just taped and glued back together. Hopefully they'll last me until I graduate.

First total over 200kg EVER. About fucking time. Went a bit forward on my snatches at the end and on some cleans but not too much. All PRs 200/245/445 lbs. Still 3 weeks left on my cycle, hoping for some bigger lifts!

Don't normally post in here, but come for some advice. I'm having issues with straightening my wrist before lockout when jerking. I front rack pretty ok, but obviously my wrist is bent back a fair amount at that point. At what point do you straighten your wrist?

When the bar is racked on my shoulders my wrist is bent back. When you finish the jerk with the bar overhead, your wrist should be straight right? I'm having trouble straightening my wrist in the jerk, feels like I've got the whole weight of the bar preventing me from straightening it. I'm clearly doing something wrong.
