I tried a pair once, it was amazing. They're so fucking stylish too. Those red adipowers are fucking hideous, insanely expensive, and nowhere near as good as the white adidas they were making around 2008-2010. Romaleos felt alright, but ain't no way I would shell $200 for them. Who gives a fuck though I wear 54$ Wei Rui's and probably will for my entire career. Oh and nice work at nationals. Next time I expect you to beat Greg Everett because fuck him that's why. | ||

Form check plz. Sorry for the bad camera angles and such. I originally meant this just for self coaching in-between sets, but then I remembered that I don't know shit about what I'm doing. Also, sorry for the sweaty shirtless-ness. So anyway, Snatches. The things that stick out to me are: my right arm keeps ending up higher than my left arm at the top. I saw it during the session but couldn't fix it. Is there a coaching cue I can think about that will help with that? Also, yeah I know I'm slow. Any helpful cues or tips are highly appreciated. Thanks! | ||

I think some ice and extra mobility work will help, plus I have a better idea on what to look for now. Thanks for pointing that out! Edit: @Dim.Sum ok. I'll try to remember those cues, and I'll try to post another video next week. does "look forward and chest up" apply to cleans as well? Thanks! | ||
