2 pb&j sanwhiches
whole blender of mass gaining shake that consists of:
over 1 cup oats
1/2 cup olive oil
1 banana
whole blender of milk

does this look like a pretty good clean bulk meal? I understand the bread from the PB&Js isn't that good of a choice, but its better then eating tootsie rolls and cheese pufs, amiright?

Depends how clean we're talking about, jelly is basically pure sugar and peanut butter is processed and has lectins and the processed wheat in the bread, then again i'm pretty much looking at this from a paleo prospective... rest is probably fine

From my point of view it is pretty good although 1/2 cup of EVOO is quite over the top.

@ eshlow: Did 3 sets of 10 on the LYTP circuit, Really felt the burn lol. Should i do that everyday? I'll see how i feel in the morning. I'll lay off the snatching and jerking tomorrow and stick to cleans/powercleans/squats.
Also, my fish oil came in (the same stuff you use i believe), how much should i be taking/day?

^it's discussed above(yes its good for you). But still 1/2 cup has got to be almost a 1000 calories lol

and my mommy stocked me up with a lovely supply of fruits, walnuts, and deli meat. fuck yes <3
how reasonable is it to eat off wood instead of your tummy?

wow wtf, didn't know it was that much. I went to my friends house from the time I made that post and I came back now, and I feel fat/bloated as fuck after that shake. Now I jammed down 2 chicken breasts...... I better be swole by May.

3x a week

If diet is good 0-5g EPA+DHA is fine. I usually take about 3g or so

half a cup = ~0.115L
0.115 * 900kcal/100ml = 103.5 calories

am I missing something here or are these household cups you used instead of measuring cups?

I made the 72.5kg squats 5x5 tonight! Woooooooooooooooooooo! It wasn't that hard compared to my failed sets on wednesday and friday and my left quad gave me no trouble at all. I think my form was a lot better as well which seems to have contributed. I busted the seat of my pants though for the second time in 5 days, I think I need to stop working out in board shorts. Lucky it's a home gym otherwise I'd probably be pretty embarrassed. I've worked out in these pants plenty of times before but it seems I now have glutes :D

Also OHP'd 32.5kg 5x5 (seriously my worst lift, I fucking HATE OHP) and pulled 95kg 5x5 for DL. 2 plate for reps on friday! Very pumped!

Decaf, if I see you cj 140kg I'll probably cream my pants.

dude, aren't you supposed to be only doing 1x5 for DLs regardless of whether it's SS or SL?

How long does it take to get the flexibility to do a proper squat? As you know I've been doing SS for a long time and I've been stretching for 2+ months but I still can't do a proper squat
