I was helping the gf train for a triathlon yesterday, we did a 20k bike ride, last 5-6k I was drafting behind her, I pretended I wanted to stare at her ass rather than tell her I can't keep up. FML. I want my fitness back but stay semi-beast mode. >_< Being able to do endurance isn't necessarily being fit. I would say someone being strong is more "fit" than having good endurance. They're more ready for any of life's demands than an endurance person. Being strong helps for endurance, but you still have to train endurance qualities if you want to be good at it. You get a decent endurance base if you just train strength but if you do something long you're still gonna get bashed. edit: added more stuff to OP from past page

Anything I should add/take out? 2 cups of milk 1/4 cups of olive oil 2 bananas 3 spoons of peanut butter 1 cup of oats thats a dirty bulk if i ever saw one lol If you are going to remove anything, id take out shit in this order #1olive oil (replace w/ coconut oil/milk if you want, its much better for you and has more calories anyway) eating excessive amounts of vegetable oil is pretty terrible because of the ratio of bad/good fats, and resulting inflammatory potential. #2oats/peanut butter. maybe add some whey or other protein powder instead?

lol @ the posterior chains of sjarl and sawedust. You guys aren't going to be able to move for daysss Also saw this thing in muscle and fitness called the "juggernaut" method which looks pretty sweet, 16 week program pretty similar to 5/3/1

I thought olive oil was healthy though? and I don't use whey protein, not because I think its bad or anything, but I don't really need it.

Definitely going to take a couple of days to recover. Probably won't even want to get out of bed in the morning D:
