Not sure about learning it since obviously I learned a regular handstand first On August 02 2011 18:15 zatic wrote: Made paleo burgers last night, so delicious. Can anyone recommend recipies for home made paleo lunch pack for work? I'll usually have a shrimp/avocado stirfry for lunch. The shrimp is seasoned easily enough with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, and the avocado can just be tossed in for 30 seconds at the end (or not at all, if you want). This may be a bit too simple for your tastes, but at the very least it can provide a nice base for a salad or something like that.

Squats 210 x 5-5-5 Leg Press 215 x 10-10-10 Lying leg curls 110 x 15-15-15 ---- So a real good session legs wise. I loved every last second of the grueling pain I endured. However, my wrist seems really messed up now. I think the heavy rack pulls are stressing the area out, which is why it feels worse again. But now I tried to curl today and couldn't because the weight put me in too much pain. It seems I might have to take a break for a week solely for this, but I don't know if I want to. Even being so off and on about taking a week off (which I'm glad I've kept through it) I might actually have to. :\ I know it will affect me thursday during a lot of my lifts. But other than that news! Awesome session. --- @rosa Shrimp + avocado's sound delish... Fuckiti'mahavetotryit. @Decaf Congrats man!

Not like eating a full chicken a day 365 days a year is practical and veggies have low calories I mean how do people in the amazon survive??

Not like eating a full chicken a day 365 days a year is practical and veggies have low calories I mean how do people in the amazon survive?? Like I've said to you multiple times already, your calories are greater than 2100 even. Assuming you want to lose 30 lbs, your maintenance calories would be more in the 2500 range. Fatty meats (beef) have a much higher amount of calories than do things such as Chicken or Fish... and our ancestors used all the edible parts of the animal. That provided much more nutrition and many more calories than our diets today, that are (relatively) extremely picky. Add to that vegetables, fruits, starchy vegetables... It's quite clearly possible, or we wouldn't be around today. Eating before or after a meal doesn't make much difference until you are at the highest levels of efficiency in your workout already. At this point, do whichever makes you feel better. Personally, I can't get a good workout in unless I've eaten an hour or two beforehand, but I know several people in this thread follow a leangains protocol and train more or less fasted (not having eaten since the night before). @Haji wow man. Still pretty balling numbers. That Bench is downright Scary, but the rows are something I could actually do =p. Nice to see you hanging around my weight class! I looked for a starter post from you, but I couldn't find one... How much weightloss does this make?

So that means im using up around 3-3.5k calories a day?? And im eating MAX 2k. For example today i ate a salad with 3 chicken breasts and some cheese around 600cals, 600cals worth of chickens stirfry and 2 dumplings and 2, 150 cal whey drinks So 1500, and am about to go to sleep with a 100 cal milk drink. Does that mean my body has been burning off 1.5k worth of muscle and fat? I should lose something like 2.5-3 pounds a week assuming fat is 3.5k cals? I think its crazy my body needs so many cals yet i feel strong and fine eating only 1.5-2k. I have no headaches, no energy loss [infact gain], and my face looks healthy and coloured. I plan to eat something like 1900 once i hit 200 from my 210 starting as i expect to hve more muscle. To have abs, being 6 feet tall, what weight do i need to try and reach for a moderate muscle build? Ive been taking 1 tablespoon of cod oil with my whey sake. Is this a good amount? To have abs, being 6 feet tall, what weight do i need to try and reach for a moderate muscle build? Ive been taking 1 tablespoon of cod oil with my whey sake. Is this a good amount? 1. Basal metabolic rate + amount of cals burned per day is fairly widely variable whic is why it is best to use a FOOD LOG and keep track of your weight. Then calculate how much you use per day. 2. No, the body is variable with its homeostasis. It has the thyroid to regulate metabolic function and it can speed it up or slow it down as it needs. When you drastically decrease kcals the body tends to slow down metabolism drastically which is why it's only recommended to decrease kcals by about 500 per day. 3. Focus more on eating healthy foods to slightly less than satiety and you will drop to a weight that your body will like in general. Focusing on kcals leads to obsessiveness like you are displaying. 4. 6 feet tall with moderately muscled depends on your genetics. Most people will be between about 180-200 from what I have seen though. 5. Cod oil with whey... sure.... what are you doing that for though?
