I read smolov and seems brutal, considering doing it at some point. In which week did u burn out and why do u think it happened?

I'm kinda partial to Robb Wolf's book since it reads easy for the laypeople (which I can hand it off to others like I have), and since I know the guy from PMenu and CF. :p
Primal Blueprint is also a general layperson book as well that you can hand off although it's more well rounded.
Random Ab work ---- Not a bad session. Things may have to be reset soon. My grip is failing me more than anything on the rack pulls. Flat flies are way easier than incline lol. Anyways, overall good session despite not really meeting the reps that I needed to keep going.
List of things to be replaced: Hack Squat on Day 4 Skull Crushers due to wrist Ab work on both days Lateral DB raises Bicep work due to wrist
Trying to get my wrist to heal completely. May actually take a week off next week. My only problem is I say that every week but I have a hard time following through.
Until tomorrow y'all --- Song of the week Action - Stan SB

Today was going to be the start of the 2nd week of the intense mesocycle. so im about 8 weeks into it? I know it is a combination of working too much, inconsistent work shifts, and not having a training partner. Some days i would get off work at 1 and have to be back at 11:15. So I wake up and say fuck. i have to do 10x3@290 today then I have to work for 8 hours. The last couple of weeks i was just losing motivation. I upped my max from 300 to 330. It's a great program, but not for someone who doesn't have a set schedule for the week.
Hard workout today. Very hard. I knew it was going to be hell after having been up and on my feet all day at the hospital... but I made it through. Deadlifts @ 265 lbs were AWFUL. I could feel my back rounding on the third, fourth and fifth rep... and I couldn't do anything about it - it was just too heavy, and I didn't have my hips well enough underneath me. Did some back-off sets afterwards, just to make sure I was solid on it... I think I'll be fine next time, but I probably won't increase weight just to stay safe.
Also didn't powerclean before I did my pullups... Hell yeah, that made a difference. First set of 8 ez-pz. Second set, I really had to squeeze to get the last rep out... third set I only managed 6/8. Oh well, it was definitely easier. I wish I had a pullup bar in my house, so I had a better way to progress on these... Doing them after powercleans is damn hard, and doing them on my other workout day would be murder just because of how tired I get at that point.
Back from the tournament in new york, as a god damn CHAMPION :D (won the mens club division). Played the whole tournament in lucky blue cookie monster board shorts ftw Scored once, murdered a few people in some tackles (30m run into someone catching a kick...gg). Then represented america in a small USA vs Canada 7's match (mostly just people who showed up for the tournament) which was pretty awesome. Going out to the bar with the team after winning the tournament is the greatest. Great weekend all around. Gonna try to get in a lift tomorrow morning if i can.

Also, any pics of the singlet?
Said everything about the shoes felt/looked cheap. Didn't see the singlets though.

Hurts like a bitch.
Haha try hitting yourself in the throat with a 120kg clean and then hitting your chin as you jerk it too :D
so i've been doing a few weeks of doing some wall handstand pushups with the goal of doing a freestanding handstand without a kickup. got on a chair today, tested my grip and felt somehow I actually had the strength to do a chair handstand without ever doing a freestanding one first. went for it and managed to hold it for 2 seconds before i tipped over and fell.
not too bad concidering beast skills ranked the chair handstand much higher than a normal handstand but I felt it was easier with a mixed grip on an object rather than the floor :O

You don't need to supplement Vitamins as you easily satisify your needs with your normal diet. Possibly Vitamin D in winter when there's decreased sunlight and you don't spend much time outside.
Based on the first few recipes, I can buy the ingredients I need where I am, albeit they'll be costly. On paleo I can expect to spend $15-$20/day on food, but I guess it's worth it for the quality. So, I know how you feel Zatic... it sucks but it's a sacrifice we must make to be healthy. The way I see it...
1.) Single digit body fat, clear skin, high energy, good mood, long life
I've been slacking quite a bit this last year. I've had various injures most of them related not to taking care of myself. My motivation has been on it's all time low even though I have done really well in every other area in life. If I continue like this I will soon be considered overweight.
I'm about to change all that. This is the day I slapped myself in the face and decided that I am going to be in good shape.
Goal: To look and feel fit and to be 100% comfortable with my body
chin ups are so rape after doing deads and rows hahahah I feel so weak doing them!
I work on a short rests between sets so my workouts are always super intense - Obv once I switch up for a higher weight lower rep routine I will take longest rests but right now lifting for size and strength
