The beach is 800m from the hotel so nice warmup, streching and running. Should i do it or a week off could help my lifts? I am about month in 5x5 training.
-e- by training i mean 5x5 workout, 2h of skiing or 1h of running not some 10min jog :D
Rest is for americans/europeans. Be asian and work out, bro.
I've been swimming for already a month now. Needless to say how much my breathing improved after that. I can now run 300 metres without having to take deep breaths and it seems that I got a huge apetite for protein rich foods, like eggs and beef. The most important is that during this period I gained about 1-2 kilos, one kilo of which is most likely pure muscle mass. Keep in mind I also cycle 20 kilometres a day and do some basic upper body training exercise like push-ups and chin-ups in addition to this.

But I think its less of looking swole and more of the confidence you have from lifting.
I was naturally good with women - I had troubles escalating before. Now, I simply could care less and do it. I've gotten better, but only because I am more confident in myself as well. Currently, I'll probably be in a relationship with someone here soon. I've her mentioned before
All I got for ya.
I think I messed up my forearm a little bit from lifting today. Theres a very dull pain in it constantly (On the side opposite of the palm, about in the middle of my forearm), and when I rotate my arm around it becomes a sharp pain. May have pulled it or something, not too sure.
I used to get a very similar pain from playing guitar before I built up those muscles in my arm, just because of the fatigue. Try massage, even if it hurts a little bit at first, it should help in the long run.

79.9kg ------> 75.1kg :D The nausea issue is still pretty bad, but I'm working on my meal distribution and trying to drink more water etc. I'd love to hit 70kg within the next couple of months or so.
Good job.
I've already gone from 80 ----> 72. (male, 1m76) Just a bit more to go. Mostly turning fat into muscles now. I'll try to get started on Paleo; the extra protein should definitely help.
For the nausea: get plenty of sleep, drink enough water and don't starve yourself!

The gym owner is an ex powerlifter and has no problems squatting with like 280kg or something rediculous like that. He barks at me whenever my form slips, so I am almost 100% sure that my form is nicely below paralel. I have a little tendency to go down to fast, because it makes going lower easier, but I'm working on that. Also, tomorrow is my birthday. Prepare for awesomeness.
Couldn't hit the gym yesterday due to work issues.
Going today, and maybe tomorrow? and rest on thursday? is this ok? I don't want to go to the gym on saturday, it's fucking cold on the gym and well, it's unpleasant. I might go, but I don't want to do heavy .
I'll do Squats, Press and Deadlift (trying to aim for a 145kg / 150kg x 1 today, woho!) and keep my squat on the 100++ (friday was 110kg, ass to grass, breaking parallel and breaking shit here and there ;D). Press hasn't moved in years, I'm stuck in 62-65kg. Maybe time to deload? what you guys think?.
Tomorrow, I'd be doing Front Squats, Bench press and Chinups. My Front Squat has skyrocketed since I started doing them in good form, and in some way I think it has helped a lot my Back Squat. I can lift 110kg without even feeling it's hard. it's heavy, but not hard, not for me anyways!. Progress ?
So yeah, what do you guys think about doing tuesday, wednesday, rest day (thursday) and then hit it again on friday, while doing some stretch work on saturday?.
(pd. birthday coming in exactly a week! hyped! :D 22 here i go! :D)
You can go to the gym on consecutive days if you like -
I go 5x a week mon - fri . If your routine is set up so that you aren't doing the same shit over and over
mine goes something like this
chest back shoulders/tris abs/bis legs
so I'm never hitting the same things consecutive which is fine ! Doing squats/deadlifts/frontsquats right after one another does sound like death to me though hahaha I couldn't handle that if I was going all out on every workout. (which you should be )

I am ahead of you, i allready emailed my hotel to ask where i can run
Today weather was crazy, it looked it was going to rain so i did first 10km as fast as i could...was done after that, but rain never came, so i went another 20km at low pace, last 6km run was too much after that sprint.
(6km run because i added a hill that was in the beginning now too, so i do 36km now not 30km every time :D)
Need squat review, would have this earlier but problems with usb on computer. Quality is not good and angle is awkward. Hope you can help me with my form anyway.

There is nothing wrong with working body parts on consecutive days. I will increase my workouts, but for the past year I do some form of squat, pull and overhead work every workout 5 days a week. I will now start either max back squat or front squat every workout.
@avocado, squats looking good! The dark background isnt helping though haha.
I'm 15 years old.. 5'9.6" 15 years old. I'm 1 inch taller then my mom, 1 shorter then my dad. Can anyone tell me if I've stopped growing yet? I'm scurred I'm gona be short forever xD.

How should anyone know that? I believe there are doctors that can predict this pretty well, but I am not even sure about that. Maybe do some research in this direction if it bothers you that much. The height of your parents is nothing but a rough indicator. But let me scare you a little more: I hit 5'11 when I was fourteen and didn't grow an inch afterwards.

Well yeah, I was pretty much just looking for estimates.
