But since my back problem i laid in a bed for a few months and just ate did no activity its not a way to live depression kicked in because I was suppose to play college bball then having these back problems shut that down. So really I just got tired of it i took off my shirt and looked at myself and wasn't happy with what I saw. I said enough is enough and wanted to get at least down back to 250 and if i get results then drop even more. See I was born big I was always husky or bigger then most. Just time for a change the way I see it :D I am gonna be honest when i was 250 i was probably the most active fat kid you ever saw, i would play bball for 5-6 hours a day I would go hiking I would do a lot of things lol. Fat loss is pretty much all dependent on diet so that's a good thing for you ![]()

Could be a mental thing but I hit 315 last wednesday for 5 grinding reps when I did light squat prior . I tried to get 315 again this monday after squatting 320 for 3x5 , I could barely pull 315 for 3 reps. Could it be a technical problem with my form ? or a programming problem? or am I simply just weak. My squats are legit , just sayin ;x failed my last set of 325 yesterday because I went ATG and couldn't get out of the hole . ![]() I'm doing SS intermediate , deadlifting once every week.

Especially when practical programming book given template alternate deadlifts every week on wednesday ( light squat ) and friday ( heavy squat). I'll get a friend to take a video of my deadlifts soon, I hope you guys can help me :D. thats why I said it shouldnt be because you are tired (given that you eat and rest enough) ![]()

Whoever said that you gotta lift big to squat big was entirely correct. Just gotta stop worrying about every little detail and push through on the lifts.
