Here is the link for the relocalizer: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=139082¤tpage=54We have a week to play our games vs Guild Wars. Their entire team is on NA Yo we should have obs and stream the games so others can watch.
it's hard enough just organizing this... and everyone else is making it difficult, lol

Today, in my everlasting quest to become a real man, I exchanged Rows with Power Cleans.
Squat: 177,5kg 5-5-3 Press: 77,5kg 5-5-5 (PR) Power Clean: 67,5kg 3-3-3-3-3 BO-Row: 80kg x 10
There is a decent chance that I could have gotten the last 2 squat-reps in, but I pussied out. I simply was mentally exhausted and my quads were just so fucking tired. In my defence, the weight was really fucking heavy, and the last rep of my second set was basically a good morning (reps before were great though). Press is just awesome and went great again. New PR, perfect. Five sets of Cleans after squatting these weights before... just wow. I guess it will get better over time, but it was exhausting today. At the end one set of rows with high-reps, so that those gains during the last couple of months were not in vain.

yay i made a push press pr! 75kg for 3 reps:D I want to get it to 100 by the end of summer.
I would like to get my upper body strong as possible, so I can clean and jerk more. I have been alternating press and push press everyday. My jerk feels a lot stronger now.

For me the introductory microcycle would be quite easy. The base mesocycle on the other hand looks like hell, most notably 7x5@130 and 135kg. Yeah those look horrible. the 4x9s@215, 235, and 245 make me want to cry haha. But it will be fun when i squat like 375 in 12 more weeks.

Don't burn out.... that's what happend to me.
If you overtrain e.g. crash and burn.. just straight up rest for 2-4 weeks.
Still dealing with the effects of continuing to workout for about a year after crash and burning about 1.5 years after that. It sucks.

I think it might be a little more exhausting for me because I had to go to work like right after my workout yesterday and today. and walk around a movie theater and up and down stairs. but tomorrow should be really fun. 4x5@215 1x3@230 2x2@245 1x1@275 Then I get to rest until Monday. Well its basically a rest, I just have to do some sets of lunges Thurs-Sat to stretch out my quads.

Smolov looks fun/cruel. I'd love to be able to squat like that. But I'm nowhere near close to through with my novice gains yet.
On a related note I was talking with one of my friends last weekend who "I think" was a powerlifter in HS or college or at least has always been pretty big. Anyway I actually always used to think he was kinda douche-y punk lifter type until I actually started talking to him about what he lifts. I told him that I love squats and his response was, "How far down do you go." to which I replied correctly, "Below parallel, nucka." Never knew he lifted like that. Kinda refreshing to find someone else that I know who squats haha.
He also said something like, "Squats are the shit. You like squats and that makes you weird to everyone else at a gym." We then drunkenly talked about powerclean form for a little bit.

I love working out in the morning, waking up at 7 is usually brutal but after a workout i feel great for the day. Although i still cant get out of bed to save my life. Did cj up to 120 then did a bunch of singles there. I was doing clean + 2 jerks and bud told me to do the second one behind my neck to get a feel for the weight behind you or something. Felt weird but good. Told me to skip thinking about pushing the weight up and dropping under it and to just focus on unlocking my knees then scissoring my legs as fast as i can. Also told me to sway back before jerking because i was leaning forward on the descent. Then snatched up to 90 doing a snatch + OHS, doing the ohs after the snatch helped me find my balance a lot more. also paused for a second or so at the bottom of my snatches (i was rushing them at first :-/ ) Watching his daughter lift is crazy though, she's so fast and technique so perfect. she's like 60kg and was smashing a 75kg clean - front squat - jerk by the time i was leaving.

Just a healthy dose of squatting and meat. Yep. Okay thanks brah, I'm currently 170 lbs scrawny as hell, and I'm not sure if I can achieve beast status. I'm guessing it would take me like 4 years :S Decaf's naturally a baller lifter, and is lucky enough to have amazing recovery ability, regardless of how much he drinks/doesn't sleep/overtaxes his body with rugby and oly lifting. Pretty sure he's a bit older than you too, and he's been lifting/playing rugby a long time. Put in the time and the work, and you can get there. Now go smash 4,000 calories per day and throw twice your body weight over your head on a regular basis. K?
Hahahaha you give me too much credit i wish that statement were more true :-p Anyone can get big and lift big if they put in the time.

God you're a beast, i can't even imagine push pressing 10-15kg above my bw. Might want to read through this a bit: http://www.sportivnypress.com/documents/23.html Bud wrote A LOT on presses and if/how they help with the jerk.
I was upset to find out i couldn't buy an entire rotisserie chicken to eat myself at 10am so i settled for a half gallon of milk Did a bit of grilling for the week though :D

Well, second training on Leangains ended up with me completing nothing but press and just leaving the fucking weightroom in a fit. Couldn't squat 70kg, couldn't powerclean 40kg. Sigh

Leangains training doesn't have to be fasted ... it took me some time, but I finally figured out that I train like a little bitch fasted, even with BCAAs/Jack3d. You can eat before your workout as long as your fast before that lasts 16 hours!

Okay, gotta follow that principle instead then.

One thing I hate about summer in northern Sweden is that the sun is up 24/7. I can't sleep I need my bedroom to be almost pitch black and cool to be able to sleep, now it's either too hot or too bright. I have slept 6 hours in the last two days
