I get the feeling my diet goes in accordance to what's on offer at the local supermarket. Right now it's Dr Oetker pizzas half price T_T. 5000 calories is a MISSION clean though, good luck with that!!!

I can imagine that with cheap carbs(choclate and all related), but normal meat? Do you have charts how much something has carbs in to measure that?

I have the pleasure of being still underaged so my parents feed me. I can imagine that with cheap carbs(choclate and all related), but normal meat? Do you have charts how much something has carbs in to measure that? You'd be surprised at what a college student can afford; most of us have jobs, either through the university, or in the surrounding city, and usually how well you eat will come down to priorities. Milk, eggs, chicken, carrots, broccoli and almonds make up the majority of my meals at school, all of which are cheap calories... But I only eat ~3300 when I'm counting, rather than the 5k that decaf is after. I think no matter how you slice that, 5k would be a fair bit of money =p. fitday.com to count your calories. Amount of carbs doesn't necessarily matter. On June 08 2011 03:12 xJupiter9x wrote: Day 2 of smolov. I want to die haha. These workouts are so hard but awesome at the same time. Makes me not want to do anything else all day. Got a link to the workout? I hear it's brutal, but I don't know exactly what it entails. I'd like to learn. Also, what kind of numbers did you have before you started it?

If you do not have a NA account, I will let you use my account. But you will need to use the SC2 relocalizer. Here is the link for the relocalizer: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=139082¤tpage=54 We have a week to play our games vs Guild Wars. Their entire team is on NA

Squat: 55kg 5-5-5 Press: 25 kg 5-5-4 (hit myself in the jaw on the way up on the last rep )Powerclean: 40 kg Press is heavy, eight months ago i was pressing 15kg dumbells over my head 3x12 , and I guess it was a bad idea to add 5kg to the press when im already warming up with a 20 kg barbell. Smolow seems brutal! Wanna try atleast the base cycle some day when im done with SS ![]() Btw; how long does SS usually last? And I read somewhere about adding pullups+chinups to SS after staying on the program for a while, is it still SS then or "SS with pullups+chinups"? Gtg gonna finish today's GOMAD and crash in front of the TV ![]()

So today and yesterday I did 3x8@200 5 reps@215 2x2@235 and a single@245. the 3x8 were the hardest. not used to doing more than 4-5 reps for any weight. lol hmm I guess it depends on what you are used with in your training. For me the introductory microcycle would be quite easy. The base mesocycle on the other hand looks like hell, most notably 7x5@130 and 135kg. @Ohnoes: It ends when you cant progress anymore.

Typically it ends after you've reset your squat twice, and your DL once. That's "reset because I failed the lift twice in a row" not "reset because I want to work on form". I'm also offering my account for anyone who needs it to play on NA... just PM me.

this freaking guy who is organizing the guild war team sent me his roster in the wrong order.. screwed everything up im just gonna post here who plays who.. hopefully it works out.. because since he sent me them in the wrong order ive told some of the people to play the wrong guys OUR ROSTER ORDER: 1.)xJupiter9x 2.)Sinep 3.)liquid`ret 4.)Malinor 5.)Logros 6.)Travis 7.)ret is ace. THEIR ROSTER ORDER (sc account then tl.net account) 1.) NoobieOne | NoobieOne 2.) Freelancer | irninja 3.) Disciple | Disciple7 4.) Killykill | Killykyll 5.) Lonnie | Cyrkulous 6.) StandBy | SyNic93 7.) disciple is their ace I may have to switch out ret if I can't get in contact with him. We didn't end up having enough time to set this up as I was hoping we would.
