On top of this, those who purchase a Premium Pass will enjoy seating in the first few rows of the sections with the best views.

ROTTIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!11 <3

Idra terran. :O
Apologize for doing that mistake ;p
And we are one step closer to the first event which provides more casters than players ;D
Anyway, this is so great: MLG finals, 1 week later Dreamhack, 1 week later NASL + German EPS finals and shortly afterwards WCG. Madness!!!!
Tastosis? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Nice! A day9 daily
Not sure if people will show up for HON. There will be some drama about this i feel it.
oh man , dat picture of Day9 , he looks like he put on his swimming glasses lol.
Besides that ,excited for the tourney! I want HerO to go and win the whole thing with warp prism , phoenix , DT Awesomeness!

We posted exactly when SC2 will start each day... so there's no need to watch the HoN matches if you don't want to

I haven't read the schedule too well, but i'm guessing the times are PST(?). For us over in Europe that won't stay up until 6am, will there be vods uploaded for those without season pass? or would we need to buy season pass for vods?
NASL Finals should be good, this season was somewhat less dramatic of a season than the previous one, I will of course tune in for the entire NASL Finals event, but hope that NASL revamps their tournament and considers a format change and a revamping for next season.
IdrA as Terran?! interesting ;D

VODs are only available to our subscribers for now.
Where does it say that IdrA will be playing as terran?
Only liquid is HerO and a shit ton from EG = ( Come on Liquid, step it up!!
single elim again :D time for someone to travel 10 hours and go home in 10 minutes :DDD
Sounds really exciting! Jealous of the people that get to go
Bitterdam! They are awesome <3
I'll be watching for sure, the caster line up is great. Those posters look awesome, too.
HerO fighting!
I love NASL finals' single elimination format. Makes the finals/semis so hype cause everything is at stake.
Wonderfully spread out prize pool and Rotterdam. Whoever is making the executive decisions for NASL is doing a superb job.
Such a Tease..I live in Ontario, Canada.
And thumbs up for Rotterdam, eh plays off race and doesn't afraid of anything
Day9 daily at NASL finals? Definitely tuning in :D

Appreciated, hopefully we'll have season 3 be even better!!
No koreans really saddens me because you get to see such great games with foreigners and koreans. I'll probably just check the semis and finals out. Depends on the matches for the bracket but I havn't been that committed or following NASL
I didnt really follow this season of NASL. But me a couple of friends are going to the finals(socal ftw)
My only complain would be the start times, Friday is unreasonable early for a workday, and Sunday starts pretty late for people that have to travel to work on Monday.
I really want Hero vs Demuslim in finals with Hero winning. I just want to see both of them reach finals, they deserve it.
MLG Providence, followed by Dreamhak, followed by NASL :D Although been in Australia I miss the finals for all these events due to work The first two days should still be awesome though. Will be rooting from DeMuslim all the way, he seems to of had an extreme lack of presence in tournaments this year considering how good he is.
I am really happy that the NASL is still going! I was worried about them after the rocky first season. I wish I could go, but I will be at a wedding. I will definitely be there next time!
Glad they are promoting HoN too. I am curious on if DOTA 2 will be apart of NASL

A live Day9 Daily at NASL? :o that would be so cool really! and have idra as a co.caster! :D
Can't wait for NASL..! hope u guys sorted out a majority of problems u had last time
Looking great! I'd rather SUNSfan and Xeno than baconcpk/Phil but I suppose they have more stage experience.
Will Demuslim be able to come? He also didn't attend MLG Prov so i thought there still some problem with his visa.
Great casters! Orb always needs more love, and bitterdam are swell too.

Better than the IPL UK qualis, where the finals didn't finish 'til after 11pm. On schedule.
yeah wat.
EG really out in force here. Looks good for them to take it.
Also, good choice making all rounds at least bo5 and semi's bo7.
will it clash with code S finals?
Good luck Thorzain, would love to see a player from the open win it all.
something to look forward to!
Will there be a VOD/HQ pass for just the finals?

SOOO many casters!
Looking forward to it. Hopefully it will be a great event!

SO JELAOUS. I want one of those zerg posters for my residence room!
nice t osee Roterdam get some love, the guy is great with MrBitter

VOD/HQ Cost money? If so, how much? Will VODs and/or Replays be uploaded for free after the event?
Well i was disappointed when i read it was another single elimination, but thank you for a BO5 format, it hurt so much watching the players lose a BO3.
What i don't get is why there is 11 casters for a 16 man tournament
I am disappointed int he seeding for this. I think DeMuslim kind of got screwed on it. He should at least be third seed not sixth.

2 casters are for HON, and another 2 personalities are emcees, so that leaves only 7 casters for SC2. Some of those casters will be doing content in addition to casting.
We did this because people have different preferences when it comes to casters, and we believe this way everybody gets to see their favorite casters in a single event.
Also, it makes it easier on the casters.
I'll admit I did not like the first season of NASL. But I've heard that you guys really stepped it up in quality so I'll tune in to the finals and give you guys a second shot =). The casting crew is wicket, nice that you invited Rotterdam as a caster.

No, it will not. Our broadcasts will end several hours before the GSL broadcast starts, so you'll have plenty of time to take a break or get food in between the two!

Watching for HasuObs, HerO, Sen and Day[9]
That would be the greatest birthday gift ever.. Too bad I'm on the other side of the USA...
Please keep the gretorp casting to a minimum.

I like placing the Open winner at 11 seed... also the distribution of the prize pool is better too.
Can't wait!

im surprised we didint have anyone asking if lindsey sporrer is back hehe
There is Rotterdam, and that automatically makes it a better event than last year.
Wow four EG players. They've certainly bought themselves a strong roster.
What other activities do you have planned for the event? My girlfriend isnt a big starcraft fan, though willing to watch and go to Barcrafts, it would be too much to sit through match after match all day. Maybe ill just get a finals HQ pass instead.
I'm looking forward to more of Breaky's casting. I think Breaky and Day9 could be awesome, altho I'm not sure if he is only casting HoN and not SC2 as well, I did enjoy his SC2 casts.

I really hope for season 3 you guys make the finals double elimination. I guess you do it single elimination for time restraint but many people think double elimination is a lot better.

The event is going to have a BarCraft going the entire time within the main hall, so if your girlfriend is used to the BarCraft scene, that would be a perfect area for her to hang out where she can still watch the matches in a more social setting.

I used to feel the same way, but there are actually some factors that have changed my mind in certain circumstances:
-In many tournaments with double-elimination, you end up with hype/excitement lacking in the final match due to the solutions used to deal with the fact that one person is coming from losers bracket and one is coming from winners bracket. MLG does extended series (which most people agree is awful... even state of the game, a show sponsored/hosted by MLG has discussed how terribly this system ruins tournament finals and individual matches), which can often literally end the finals of a tournament after only 2 games (see Huk vs MC at MLG Orlando... what an anti-climactic finals) that might last a grand total of 15 minutes. Other tournaments will do 2 separate series (winner has to win 1 bo5 and loser has to win 2), but this really kills excitement for many viewers because it's soooooooo much easier for one player to win than the other.
-The very best part of doing an extremely long, drawn out group stage season is that these players have already had their chances to battle it out at least for seeding and placement into the final bracket. If this were some random invitational tournament, then yes it'd be unfair that some players got to certain points in the bracket without having to play other (possibly more skilled) players. However, when you have already spent months determining which players are the best in their groups, and thus which seeding each player will get in the finals, it makes a bit more sense to have single elimination than it does when you don't have this full season of data to rely on.
I know it's a weird example to give due to Puma coming from the open bracket, but look at season 1's finals. They were honestly some of the most exciting finals I can remember in SC2. Perhaps that was all a fluke (we'll have to wait and see!), but that says to me NASL is doing quite a bit right with their finals format.

Lol why does it say "emcee" after digitty's name. He's not a rapper but an actual "MC". Maybe it's cuz of the player idk. Bit it's still weird to write it that way.

So excited for this, I've loved the whole season so far. Its great having a league on through the week with consistent, high quality matches. My favourite part is the EU rebroadcast which lets me watch it at a reasonable time in the evening (unlike the GSL which I only catch If I'm up at 9 and not going somewhere >.<), it's a great idea which I think a lot more broadcasters should consider.
I'm gonna miss a lot of the event, but I love the way it's set up with Bo5s and Bo7s, every match streamed. So pumped for the games I will see.

Really enjoyed NASL 1, hoping NASL 2 is as good.

Most unhyped major tourney ever? What a contrast to season 1. I'll watch for the players and all the non-nasl casters, lol. Yay for rotterdam at a non ESL event, good pickup.
No double elim, seems like such a small tournament to stretch out to 3 days, at least its bo5 though. Hope they have something decent for any downtime this time and don't play the same 20minute intro videos 10 times again :-/ IGN should pimp out Lani to other tournaments, especially ones that Strelok is attending lol.
