Personally, I've done two hands or utensils depending on the needs of the situation. Some of the pizzas I've made at home just weren't stable enough even for two hands and wanted to spill all the toppings everywhere. One hand is for small pizzas only. The more you fold a pizza the less of a pizza it becomes although even a 180 degree fold still retains some scientifically measurable pizza-ness... just not a lot.

In naples you take, fold, and eat an entire margherita pizza. Given Margherita is the best pizza in the world, this is clearly the correct way to eat pizza.

idk, my first pizza experience was a Pizza Hut when I was like 4-5. Ate in, used fork and knife over plate, it just stuck after that.
