Got to watch parts of the EHOME and MVP matches though, and I should be able to watch on Sunday, but compared to past years where I took in essentially the entire tourney it's a change. | ||

Mostly, I feel that NA DotA should be developing a lot faster than it actually is, and I feel it's because of the immaturity in the NA scene. To me, this immaturity weakens the region as a whole. I feel as if TI5 is where we should have been last year, and maybe even a little before that. The problem also comes in that the general public really enjoys rooting for the wrong type of team. There is a pretty strong example with EE/C9. A large majority of NA fans really enjoy how he is. I admit that part of it could be a public persona he puts on. It's just difficult to ignore that a lot of people eat that up, and love C9 for it. Again, it's difficult to explain, and I am ridiculously bad at explaining things. I feel this applies a lot to the NA region in a lot of different games. Even LoL suffers from a lot of this. Also, one last note, recycled talent is a pretty big issue in the region. Please let me know if I am off base on any of this as I could easily be wrong. | ||

Lots of ways to look at the card and overall it's pretty good but not broken. Will defs see some play in some warrior variants, at least as a tech card in the early days of each season. | ||

Feels like an anti-aggro tech card for control. Patron variant wouldn't really use it I think. They seem to do a good job with warrior cards when they don't try make them flashy. The mech stuff was garbage in GvG but Shieldmaiden is amazing so I have high hopes for this.
