I understand that The Wire isn't for everyone, because it is quite slow at points, but its downright amazing. If you watch season 4 and aren't shattered by the end of it...I just don't know. Yeah - it all felt so genuine to me, largely due to the unknown cast. I live by D.C and some parts of Bmore are really as bad as they are depicted in the show, truly horrifying. Idris Elba was fantastic in the show, I was so surprised when I saw an interview with him and he had a complete British accent. Dat acting. 2 months so far without any incident. thug lyfe. Hazmat, you better be going to the DC pubstomp event for Worlds final. I'll be driving down from Bmore. I have no idea what that is :S Is it like a barcraft, cuz like I'm 17. edit: I have an SAT the day after worlds so I really doubt I'm going haha. Maybe next event~ Stahp it, stahp it. I'm not old. It's basically the same, yes, but you're allowed in even if you can't drink. Just show ID and they'll let you in, but not order alcohol if you tell them you're here for the event. That happened last year when I went. Also, fk SATs, pubstomp LoL. https://www.facebook.com/events/166799763509121/Here's the event. Uh, yeah. No way I'm going this time around haha. I'll try to make it to the next DC/NOVA event though, just someone pm me if something is happening lol. Kinda sucks all my friends that played League with me graduated and are in schools across VA, would be fun.

I eventually want to watch BB, so please no spoilers. I already dance around them on imgur.

yes please, I'm three episodes in, don't spoil it.

I meant in a more general sense I feel just a jumble of emotions towards him. I haven't touched the latest season and am waiting to just binge watch it, but I've had last episode spoiled for me unfortunately. :/

Ah well, have fun with the SATs. Always found it strange that my professors compliment my writing (so long as it isn't handwritten <__<; ), yet I did the worst on the Writing section.
Grammer pls.

I don't know, writing is also my strongest and it was by far my best on the SAT when I first took it. My math was trash lolol. Sucks that a lot of colleges ignore the writing portion :X

If I did poorly on the Math section, I would be shameferu dispray'd out of my house as an Asian.
Though as an International Relations major, I don't actually use it much (well, outside of Game Theory, Econometrics, and Quantitative Methods...<__<)

I know for my Diplomas that English was my worst one. Math was my best one because I'm crazy and love Math. I'd say Physics was the hardest though. It got pretty exhausting at the end with all of the number crunching.

Never found Scrubs great. I mean, sure, there are characters and situations that made me laugh when I watched an episode over my brother's shoulder, but these were pieces in the middle of a show that had a bunch of dumb stuff that just was too easy or, well, dumb, to get anything other than a frown out of me. Got insulted by a friend last time I expressed this opinion though. :<

Lucky you, i'm only good orally, and the Danish education system is made in such a way, that nearly every important exam is written >_>

But the characters were just so good. Too bad it went to shit around Season 5 onwards. BB is great. Got hooked after I saw the first 2 episodes way back when. I just knew it was gonna be good. Plus Bryan Cranston op. Actually the entire cast has been amazing.
Was thinking of Downloading Sin City. Saw bits of it ages ago in reruns on TV.

That's because the writing portion is largely bullshit. It's impossible to subjectively grade because there is no technically "right" answer.
I did decently well on SATs, but I did way better on ACTs. Instead of SATs, which are like 8 sections of just math and english, the ACTs have 4 sections of different subjects. It's at least more interesting and kept my boredom in check.
|
I kinda fucked myself because I'm really good at taking/bullshitting standardized tests, which led people to think that I'm a lot smarter than I actually am. Now I'm working and I realize that I'm not really that smart haha.
