That being said I've been out of action for 2 weeks and been pigging out, tomorrow is going to be rough running is overrated, low impact cardio is pretty good. I would never suggest it as it's only form of exercise though. All the cardio only people that I know, balloon up pretty quickly if they don't work out for like a week or two. Meanwhile all the lifters that I know seem to be able to maintain same bodymass/weight for a couple weeks without working out.

someone suggest an exercise routine for me. I will follow it starting tomorrow.

I just do push ups and sit ups a couple times a week and walk a lot. Its simple and doesn't make you look like a chiseled Greek god, but it keeps you healthy.

Its our seekrit. Honestly posting it as an LL blog would result in less people reading it, not more.

Man all I ever do is cardio and I'm fine... for now.
I can still easily fit into my dress uniform from High School graduation and that was four years ago.
I also think walking is highly underrated.

I'm trying to do some yoga a few times a week now that sessions at work have ended. Also considering cutting out my internet browsing time when I wake up in favor of like half an hour of yoga. I also want to start hitting the gym a couple times a week after work. I felt really good after I ran and worked out last week. But I'm going to be dead after the frisbee tournament tomorrow, so I gotta make sure I force myself to go in Thursday. Although, yoga will honestly likely help with the soreness.

So I assume the fact that no one linked this means that everyone acknowledges and agrees that it was fairly mediocre

Stopping cardio is a scary thing, if that's the only form of exercise you get. Not this winter, which is probably the reason. Was very sedentary.
Time to see if I can fit a 30m-1hr jog every morning. Hmm. I cant be gay fat guys.

I assume bulk up, in which case start lifting. Ez way is also to start doing pushups, situps, and other quick exercises while waiting for games to load or LoL to Queue.

I dunno about c-span, but some of NPR's podcasts and stuff is pretty good. Podcasts in general are the only thing that keeps me semi-engaged while running.
I've pretty much replaced most of my cardio with BJJ, and only lift like twice a week now. Gotten a a ltitle weaker since I've reduced my lifting volume, but definitely gotten a lot better stamina wise. I wish I could lift more often while doing BJJ, but I would be doing a lot more damage to my own body than helping it. That's probably why all the top mma fighters, and bjj guys are all on roids. Fast recovery times lets um train like beasts.

How Much a Dollar Cost probably my favorite.
Pushups and situps seem like a good idea. I need a reason to get out of bed anyway. Also, I did find a local taekwondo here, maybe I will look into that.

One of my least favorite songs on 1989, "BandAids don't fix bullet holes" makes me cringe every time I hear it.

That's what I'm doing currently and enjoying it a lot. I like the simplicity of it and rather easy way to track progression.

Youtube comment warriors often shit on Taekwondo, but one thing is for certain, as far as contact sports go, taekwondo looks the coolest by far

Yeah, I was getting kind of bored with it but maybe I'll get back to it. I also want to start running on my off days now that it's nice outside but don't want to wear my legs down for the squats since they are every day.
