For anything more I have some tailored to fit my obnoxious neck+shoulder+sleeve+don't want absurd amounts of material around my waist measurements. #subtlebrag it sucks for me, my body shape has been changing year by year, so by the time I need to wear formal attire, which is like maybe once a year, I always need to buy new set.

I had that, but considering how anorexic-looking I'd been for several years I associated that, especially the collarbone thing, to being skinny. Don't think a fit/muscled guy would have that just because of the space muscles normally take. I was surprised to learn people found that visually appealing.

low body fat % with decent to high muscle mass good as long as you're not going for the 1945 edition jewish body image magazine look you're good very few people are really low fat% as well as low muscle because then you're close to starvation lol most people are skinny mostly because of lack of muscle

Ya the newbie gains period when you're drastically changing for some years is rough, especially if you're not really dedicated and you let yourself stop for a period of time and lose a bunch of weight/put a bunch back on(can go either way, usually you go back the direction you were prior to lifting). When I was just out of college I fluctuated like that. I kept all of my clothes from when I was 165-170 because I'd shed weight like absolutely nothing if I stopped going to the gym for like 1 month(because I'd go back to not eating much, but I'd still be pretty active playing pickup ball or flag football or volleyball or something), but within a few weeks of going again 10lbs goes back on real fast and I need the other set of clothes. Probably around 24 or 25 I stopped that yo-yo and finally got pretty dedicated and I haven't dropped below 180 since, peaking around 210 experimenting with a true 'bulk' period and feeling out if I liked the results from it or not(personally it's a no, not because it didn't seem to work but moreso because I hated how it felt). Really the real lesson here is wear t-shirts and jeans a lot, because they're far more versatile in how they fit.

Started some what regularly working out, increased food intake, bumped 215-220lb, now looking to drop down (while keeping current level of fitness activity) to 200-205 range, by end of this year.

The Dev's seem to care about the game and the expansion does look promising. It's not a bad game it's just nothing you haven't done before in a MMO. Best advice I can give is once you figure out what you want to be you'll be picking up utility abilities from some other classes. Wait till you hit lvl cap with your main first(excluding the subjob requirements) It'll go faster that way. Also Fates, lots of fates. Thanks for this. Anything noteworthy about the expansion? I did skim a bit, and the new classes seem interesting.

It's one of the reasons I don't play PA or void in dota, I'm not a crit/bashlord ![]() I do need to hurry and beat ME2+3 though since I finally caved and bought Shovel Knights+Valkyria Chronicles
