I love Russel Brand: + Show Spoiler + I don't necessarily agree with every single thing he says, but his conviction and desire for change is very admirable.

If we had a large amount of people with his motivation, we'd be consistently able to tackle the problems of the world instead of ignoring them. People from the inside with some actual power have to be the ones to enact change. We honestly can't do too much without assistance from inside because the system is so ingrained and corrupt. I'm expecting 3rd party support to be higher than past years in the next election. At least, I'm hoping.

It's hopefully going to incite a desire for change in at least one person, which is a non-negative effect. I'm not saying "OMG he's gonna create massive revolution and make everything better magically!" But I thought it was a great interview. I'm not sure what you're expecting differently or would suggest as alternative course of action.

EDIT: To clarify, it's just a drop in the pond. A very clear drop, but still just a drop.

The status quo is too deeply set to really drive people enough to make them get up. EDIT: To clarify, it's just a drop in the pond. A very clear drop, but still just a drop. And I agree as well, but I also don't feel like it was a bad thing to post it. Was certainly more value add than page 420.

However it's still on their usual channel. It's just that you can stream with your own channel via another channel, which is what they always do with Champions anyway, and the paywall still stays the same.
