I can imagine a hypothetical Corgi that got locked into its yard and decided to yip yip at every leaf/bladeofgrass/moloculeofwaterinthenorthernhemisphere while its pos owner ignored it. I would blame the inconsiderate owner for subjecting me to that barkathon, but I probably wouldn't like that particular dog.

For the record that hypothetical happens all the time and should command a penalty at least as severe as double parking next to an empty space, a crime so heinous not even the quakers object to capital punishment.

Back when I lived in Mississippi our neighbors had a dog chained to a post in their backyard and never took it on walks and didn't feed it for days at a time. I'd walk over onto their yard and feed it. Dog liked me more than them.

People are jerks to their animals, I don't understand why. Why get a dog if you have no intention of taking care of it?

Also wei, ironic T shirts are worse than fedoras.

That's the thing; outfits that work with a fedora also work well without one, and often the fedora brings it over the top. You'd have to keep some really classy or fashionable company for a fedora to not look out of place.
