The fight is all a question of whether you kill one head fast enough because while both heads are alive anytime one of them attacks, the two immediately attack together with "Blazzard" which does non-elemental damage.

EDIT: I don't remember if it's possible to kill the Ice Head by over-braving 4x on your 3 attackers the first turn then using your healer to control the remaining head's damage while they recover, but if it is that should work.

There was this guy who always leaves if he or his employer gets low enough. I wonder if I needed to kill him in one rotation in order to get his asterisk (a spellsword kind of job). Let's hope not.
