like, I love the game, and the third person perspective is really fresh for the genre, but that subreddit is delusional
granted, this is the same community where a vast majority of players shout down ranked conquest (~summoner's rift) for some reason

Isn't Smite made by Hi-Rez studio? The thing that jumps out at me is whether they're prepared to really stand by their game or just an attempt to ride the MOBA cash train since Global Agenda and Tribes didn't print money.

HiRez has already been very open about this as far as I know. GA and Tribes were hemorrhaging money, Smite is doing quite well. It didn't make any business sense for them to try to keep GA and Tribes alive.

I don't blame them, afaik global agenda and tribes were doing pretty badly while smite has been doing well (And more importantly they esports now). Still bitter as fuck though
