Ramen and pasta dishes are all fairly simple, fast and tasty. You should always be trying to eat healthy and tasty stuff imo. I can post some recipes if people are really stuck on ideas. Pasta you can freeze and reheat for later, ramen should only take like 10 min anyway.

Unless you have the fresh kind (also known as chuka soba), the instant ones are usually pre-fried before being dried so that they last longer, at the expense of being fattening.

The rest is like 10 dollars rice/mo 10 dollars meat/mo and then 35 dollars vegetables/mo and then 5 dollars of bread or pasta a month. and you are pretty set. as long as you know how to cook you can make a bunch of different things. oh god. he has 1.29. uh. that's soup kitchen traveling money cixah....Or an open pantry trip. Yea it's not optimal. Spoke with my roommates, were going to work something out hopefully. I really hope I get the replacement check in before next monday (the 14th) or I might be SOL for my car X_X.

Do you have a credit card, these situations are what they were made for. but you should probably budget a bit better i guess. having some savings is important even if its difficult.

I like to think I budget marginally well, I just have to get each paycheck each week or I fall flat on my face. It doesn't really help that all my bills are due over the course of the month (1-2 each week) rather than all at once. I'd think I'd rather them be every other week or something but such is life. Bad luck happens in 3s, Hopefully this is the last of the set of 3, as I've lost count this month.

Jesus. I once subsisted on ~$75 for month with some creative belt-tightening, but that's insane. Well, you won't die of starvation in a week at least?

I'm sure if i scrap for change around the house I could find like 5 bucks.

If you can find enough money, dried noodles+whatever veggies and maybe eggs/meat. Just throw some soy sauce and flavoring in.
