But then again I'm not sure any of you have experienced childbirth ![]() I've at the very least seen it firsthand for some sort of a reference point. I'm not really sure what can be considered worse; I'm fairly sure that childbirth is a reference point for just about as bad as it gets. Had a friend who ruptured a testicle playing football, he said he couldn't see for a couple days in the hospital because of the pain after he got surgery to remove the pretty destroyed remains he uh, didn't play football after that. there was a study asking mothers to say if they've experienced a worse pain, most commonly things like broken bones in the legs and feet, extreme migraines, kidney stones and recovering for surgery. but there are also the rare disorders that cause immense pain.

I know basically what there is to know about them already, I'm just not sure if what I'm experiencing at the moment IS or not. There are still so many other factors involved from the surgery it's basically impossible for me to understand everything that's happening to my body right now and it's causing me a lot of anxiety, hence the need for constant distraction. I mean, if it progresses to excruciating pain I think it'll be pretty clear. Edit: PX yeah that reminded me, I've heard testicular torsion is particularly horrible. Look THAT one up, ladies and gents. Edit edit: I have to try and be positive too, something I'm particularly awful at. My strength is definitely a up a great deal from even a few days ago, and I'm pretty sure I've gained more weight. At least I have that going for me.

Yeah, wave you'll be fine as long as you continue telling your doctor everything at all the follow ups. no point in keeping something hidden from a professional during a meeting designed to discuss any concerns or changes.

Yeah obviously. It's just my first followup isn't for almost 3 weeks and shit is going down now-ish.

Thats what phones are for right? call and see if you can make a phone post op to raise your concerns with your doctor. if it sounds like something that needs a quicker in person follow up then they'll bump you up. It'd help if you have everything written down so you can word it the best you can for the phone post op. But you'd be surprised how many people are too afraid or embarrassed to discuss EVERYTHING with their doctors, even in a follow up.

A bunch of gamers get stuck in a game and they want to get out? I could buy that, but a bunch of mmo junkies stuck in an mmo and they want to get out? Shenanigans. This isn't even going into the whole "it's a game but it looks like just your average fantasy show and any game mechanics are hidden/underused unless it's to have a plot point." At least Log horizon was good enough to go full this is a game and lets have fun with it route. None of the tired if you die in the game you die in real life stupid plot point. The only upside to that show is much like .hack the best part of it is Yuki Kajiura's music. Both show's differing desire to get out isn't comparable. In SAO, they are told from the very beginning that if they die in the game they die in real life until somebody beats the game. In Log Horizon, it isn't anywhere near as threatening because you just respawn in town at the cathedral. "Trapped and lethal" and "trapped and get to live out the game" are two vastly different things.

I don't think it was testicular torsion or anything like that, but when I was in high school I once had a pretty acute pain in the abdomen area that extended to the testicules. I just didn't feel full of energy waking up, but that was when I tried to get up, moving my body nailed me to the bed and I was pretty much unable to move. I managed after awhile, by crawling out so I could maintain a somewhat folded posture, as I noticed when I was bent, more or less like in foetal position but just the abdomen, it hurt less. What little I moved through the house once it started getting better was tiptoeing, bent almost to the horizontal, and progressing a step every few seconds. I don't remember if I was given something after the doctor came, or if it subsided by itself, but by the end of the day the pain was gone. They called it something like abdominal pains radiating into the testicles (radiating is the word I remember, in French it's closer to "irradiate" so it sounded weird). At least I could reduce the pain. And my mind was still sharp, so in a way it was more bearable psychologically than to have the flu. The pain was sharp too if I made a mistake, tho.

Ninja and Time Mage also pretty good though. Ya, but you get those earlier. I was referring to Dark Knight, Templar, and Arcanist.
