Also ,the struggle is real, I want to play Blazing Sword, but I can't find my copy of it, and no store within a 100 mile radius has a copy that I can find ![]()

Thank you for giving me something to waste my life on the next few + Show Spoiler + sidenote: The artsyle reminds me (somewhat) of Hyper Light Drifter. You guys are all probably aware of that game, but if you aren't, you should be.

i think a 3 hour run is feasible; my playthrough was somewhere around 5. the new game+ mode adds decent replay value and the plot is structured in such a way as to encourage revisiting

I think it's because none of the movies are canon and it just makes me go "wtf is this shit" and then I get mad. Very QQ. And I'm a very big Marvel fan. Grew up collecting Marvel cards, l0l.

You're not one of those people who can't look past the source content and just enjoy the amazing piece of cinema in front of you? I will say pre Thor 2/Avengers most of the marvel movies were pretty ass. Outside Iron Man 1 and POSSIBLY 3. I'm still unsure about 3 but 2 is right out into the garbage. Nothing can save that monstrosity.

As a big Marvel comics fan myself, I'm still surprised that people come into those movies expecting real justice to the source material. It's not going to happen when it's A: a movie and B: a movie that is supposed to not completely suck. You should look to TV shows for source material and then rage at those instead. The reality of the matter is just that the movies would simply not be good by sticking religiously to the source material rather than actually trying to be a movie.

I just treat the movies as completely new eras.

What's wrong with having the movies stick to the source material? I understand the movies are capped around two hours and there is a need to cut certain things in a particular story arc. But I mean, the comics are what made Marvel popular in the first place, so why deviate? The movie series is actually considered its own "alternative universe" in the Marvel canon, technically. Earth-199999. The mainstream comic book one is Earth-616.

But I mean, the comics are what made Marvel popular in the first place, so why deviate? Because it's been damn successful? Movies made 100% from comics will always have too many loose ends. Comic plots are built over years and years of foundation that the average viewer will need to be explained to. Not to mention some things just weren't very good in early Marvel.
