I dislike some parts of the scoring, but I am really glad they are adding things like Fantasy teams. It gives more involvement for the viewer. Saying all that, do I wish we had replays already before stuff like Fantasy leagues? 100% Riot please

Used to be Necron were Allies of Convenience with Grey Knights and Desperate Allies with every other Imperial force. Which made Grey Knights good allies (they filled a tanky midline and assault role that Necrons lack for the most part), and you could conceivably utilize other Imperial forces with care.
Now, Crons are Come the Apocalypse allies with every Imperial force, which sucks. CtA can ally with one another, but (as the rumors go) they cannot be within 12" of their ally's models. Which can be workable (using SM/GK/DA/BA for deep striking and assault while Necrons stay back and shoot), but is pretty shit overall.
However, Necrons are still Allies of Convenience with Chaos Space Marines (and Tau, but fuck Tau). So I may be getting some CSM forces to ally with my robots in the future.
Could go Egyptian theme and bring Thousand Sons. Though I like Nurgle > Khorne > Tzeentch > Slannesh.

Still frustrated that DE/Eldar are battle bros (could get more nit picky and say that most of the forces of the imperium shouldn't be battle brothers but w/e). Renegade Guard seem to be missing so I hope they get a supplement and were not just forgotten.

Also, some armies being able to ally with themselves is a welcome change. I don't know how much it will effect other armies but I would love to be able to ally with myself in the current rule system. Considering you had to have a supplement to do it before, makes it a lot more fair which is good.

Eh, DE/Eldar makes sense to me. They're still Eldar, just have a different way about keeping their souls from Slannesh.
Sucks about Renegade Guard though, since it makes sense fluff wise and is a big part of a lot of people's lists. Maybe a supplement will come around.

Well, technically you could do it over 2000 points with Double FOC, but yeah it'll be interesting now 
I'm imagining some cool things I could do with more Heavy or Fast slots.
Also, new rumor I saw: Jump units can use their packs in both movement and assault and gain Jink. Dunno if that will turn out to be true, but if so it's pretty beast for some Assault Marine units (maybe will make Praetorians good again, though they'll still be pretty point expensive).

None of the new TI4 stretch goals, aside from the 8m and 10m ones interest me  I'm happy with the 6m one though, I think Twitch will crash if they hit the Afterparty stream goal, since Darude will be there lol.
