She wants to move back to Chicago and hasn't found a teaching position here yet, and was thinking that maybe she wanted to take a break from teaching and do something else. On one hand, I want to help her find something, and if she got hired I know she'd do a good job (also I would get a bunch of money for referral). On the other hand, wouldn't it be weird to work with a family member at a full time job? I mean, it's one thing if it's a family run business, sure, but just a regular job seems different, no? Always been a good idea to keep work and home seperate imo.

She didn't seem to have a problem with the idea, and I talked to my mom and girlfriend about it and they both thought it seemed fine, maybe it's a guy thing to be uneasy about it.

Then it could maybe work... Also, I'm extremely fucking careful about who I would recommend to get hired. I'd have to he 10900 percent sure that they are a perfect fit for the company and that they won't get trained and leave two months later. It's your name on the line when getting someone hired. When my buddy got me hired for this job, he had to go through a ton of hoops which made me nervous as hell. I put on countless hours at work because I not only represent myself in the company but also my buddy too

I'd personally probably have very few issues working with one of my siblings, but I have (I think) an abnormally good relationship with all my siblings. some tuning might be necessary, it tends to get stuck in the beat loop near the end of the song
