I'd swap Rag with BK/Cenarius, but I don't have them atm. Like Violet Teacher never lives long enough to be relevant, every time I get some tokens out + PotW they die anyway, 2 Savage Roars seem so clunky (this is more bad luck), I try to be smart and know when to trade efficiently or go straight to face, but I just get overpowered by just powerful spells/legendarys/taunts that I myself could be running if I was an orthodox Control Druid. This deck does decent vs. Aggro though. Never really saw power of Argent Squire till now. Teacher is supposed to be played as part of a combo turn. It should almost never be played by itself. Double Roar is so you can reliably draw it, while having the ability to toss one away early without losing your main win condition. Remember to value silence from Keepers to remove taunt.

lol I missed out. What did you do? Play some battle of the bands shit or something? Each band in our division played 3 songs, we get graded and ranked by judges. Still don't know how we did yet, waiting on the scores now.
It's still pretty stressful sitting in here with 11 other bands. Shit was close this year. I think we might have a shot at winning though.

Noice. What do you get if you win?

I won first prize for improvisational soloing though ^_^_^_^_^_^_^
Our group as a whole placed decently, fourth isn't anything to sniff at.

Not even gatekeeper status.

K, so, I'm going to start with Kingdom and then try Jo Jo's, Gantz I tried to read and just stopped when I was younger, like 3 years ago iirc? It was way to convoluted when I tried to re-read it, so I gave up. I'm going to list the ones I've read if there were more suggestions or for others to look into. Some are odd, some are blatently ecchi, others are really fucking out there. + Show Spoiler + completed/hiatus Full Metal Alchemist (prefer manga/brotherhood to original anime in terms of lore, except for how the humonculus come into being) Hellsing Hunter x Hunter Yu Yu Hakushou Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer (soooooooooo gooooooooooooddddddddd) Witch Hunter D.Grey Man Psyren Soul Eater Black Bullet Destro 246 Ordinary± Dendrobates
Ongoing World Embryo (it's weird) Zetsuen no Tempest Jormundgand Gun x Clover (realllllllllllllly fucking weird, but hilariously badass) Anti Magic Academy 35th Test Platoon Black Joke Akame ga Kill and Zero Magician Tower of God Bleach, Naruto One Piece Fairy Tail Dance in the Vampire Bund Getsurin ni Kiri Saku

You just have to go past the first 25 chapters of Kingdom and it's a gem. Damn my manga list probably is over 150~ counting the on-going and without counting the terrible ones I found.

On Batoto I have around 160~ manga that I've followed, but I'm not going to read all of them since I followed most either late at night when super bored, or just don't remember any of them.

Drinking adventures with Req:
Today at the dinner we were at, there was a bar and the first drink you got was free. Wanting to show off a bit to my girlfriend, I thought I would get a manly drink. So I ordered a Jack on the rocks and took a big swig while we were talking. This turned out to be a mistake, as it tasted like boot leather and paint thinner. I didn't gag or spit it out or anything, but my plan of looking cool and tough went right out the window.

You've never drank before, right? Going straight to Jack on the rocks is like never having played League before and playing your first game with D1 players. You're gonna get your ass kicked.
Alcohol is very much an acquired taste, but even then not everyone is going to like every kind of drink. Next time if you want to 'be manly' (lol) I suggest something like gin+tonic. Doesn't sound girly, doesn't taste like ass.

I'm just flat out confused by the story. Where did you even think of drinking that as your first drink? Why would your girlfriend be impressed by it? wut
|
Yeah that too. Doesn't your gf know you don't drink by now? And even if she didn't why would she be impressed?
I dunno I could see you flat-out telling her: "I'm gonna try drinking this, even though I've never had this before," and you like spitting it out and you two laughing about it or something. Weird way of going aboot it
