And already banned wtf Also I randomly watched a video of some guy doing a playthrough of Dark Souls (only like 5 min and a part I've already done). I'm REALLY bad at Dark Souls. And there is SO MUCH DEPTH I wasn't even aware of. I feel like a second playthrough will be in order once I finish. | ||

The last couple weeks I've been doing a short (~15 min) warm up before yoga - just a general mix of basic abs/upper/lower body conditioning. That plus yoga has left me a little sore in the days following. I've missed this soreness, and I think it'll help to motivate me to get back in the gym on a couple other days. | ||
