They basically forced their viewers to upgrade or stop watching, which was bullshit because it was right in the middle of a season of BSG. Though there's rumors of a new edition coming out in May which could change a lot of things, the overall scheme of Movement/Shooting/Assault has stayed the same since Rogue Trader days. If you want to learn more about the Ork force before buying the Codex, check out this page on 1d4chan, does a nice rundown of the units and overall strategy of the army. Fun read, too, gives a good feel of how everything works together and the basics of buying/listbuilding. A new Codex is due out in the summer too, but that's still rumors.
