Also the Subway diet is "working" I'm down from a Full sub for 1 meal to 1 full sub over 2 or 3. Which is pretty good. I feel like I'm less hungry too because snacking on Trailmix is the best. Also it is really hard to not say, "Snacking on Nuts and a Footlong". | ||
