Mostly bodyweight exercises, yeah.
I'd be more than happy to share with you some good stuff to do if you want. Just PM me with what kinds of things you're looking to do/work on.

I play ultimate frisbee. Played all throughout high school and have played in a summer league ever since.
I'm pretty damn good, tbh. I'd be a lot better if I put more effort into stamina/burst speed exercises.

Gym is nice and all but don't let be the reason why you don't exercise. Having a lack of time and not being able to go to the gym is very real. Not doing simple but effective workout stuff in your own home isn't.
(I feel like a semi-hypocrite for typing this but it's good, honest advice. I do own some dumbbells though, haha)

If your form is correct (which if you're going to do it regularly, you need to make sure it is), you work lots of different muscle groups that you don't get with just floor exercises like sit ups and push ups. It won't build muscle like bodybuilding, but it definitely gives you a nice V-shape body and strength.
I used to swim in high school, but I haven't taken the time to find a pool since moving. I really miss it

Wish I had room for a barbell zzz. I'll prob try one of those dumbbells that increase in weight easily. Need dem linear gains.

I've been incredibly lazy as of late too. Every once in a while I'll do a random workout in my apartment. I personally hate gyms and weight lifting.
A set of small dumbbells is definitely a useful thing to own.
@Shake: One thing to note - body weight exercises will help make you lean, not bulk up. They're very good for getting and keeping a healthy physique, but you won't get super strong off them.

Yes. I love swimming, and it's so good for upper-body stability (especially shoulders) if done without over exertion. I know a lot of swimmers with fucked up shoulders, but I also use swimming as "pre-hab"/maintenance for my shoulders.
I always wonder what would have happened if my parents put me into swimming instead of gymnastics when I was little. I have the perfect body type for it, my dad was a swimmer, and my grandfather almost went to the olympics for swimming (but opted to have my dad instead).

I don't wanna look like I'm sitting here keeping score on people's posts, not a particularly good poster myself, but I keep noticing how good req's have gotten lately. Like this last argument, he just crushed, then when he posts in GD half the time I'm like "damn good point" and the rest of the time he's usually pretty funny.

There's always time. Especially in high school. I went at 6:30 every morning before classes and worked after school 25-30 hrs a week while doing sports and maintaining a solid GPA. There is time. *edited in because I felt like a pompous jerk* I'm lazy as shit now and work out at home with a bar and some dumb bells about 3x a week.
On the subect I'm 6'2, 195lb. How the weight fits on different frames varies. Some people have broader frames or larger legs perhaps. Some people have tiny legs and a big gut. An accurate fat % is more important than weight to height.

But I got too insecure about myself to keep swimming so I mostly stick to infrequent gym sessions and occasional press ups/sit ups at home. I really think I'm wasting time and I need to start structuring my exercise to get something done. I had some dumbbells but they broke and I never really got around to replacing them, I feel like I got lots of stuff to fix in terms of my exercise before I start committing myself again.

So what you're saying is you have 12+ spreadsheets and at least 20 charts and analytic programs open devoted to it.

It's not really 'keeping score' when you only feed it into 12 spreadsheets.

Don't worry, some of us still know that.
Also, I just got back from a swim. LOVE DAT POOL WATAH. Especially as a refreshing "lunch break" to shake up the work day.
