It is pretty common here in Germany to jerk of in public, pretty much everyone does it. As long as you cover your junk everything is fine. Why should anyone care about that, it is your own business after all as long as you don't get others involved. The face of someone jerking of does not look distinctly different from that of a guy going for a run in the park, after all, and who would object to that? Also, if something is defined as a personal area, you can do pretty much anything you like there. For example, your car is a personal area, so you can drive around naked all day if you like, and noone can say anything against that. | ||

Driving a car while naked is apparently not forbidden, but if you're male, you better cover yourself before leaving the car. Women don't seem to have to worry about that. | ||
