The problem with Mech in TvZ has always been the early game imo, you need to have units to defend a near-max Zerg army of Roach/Ravager and Corruptor/Queen to deal with the air unit. 3 Factories just does not give enough production for Mech to defend agains that kind of push, and thats why the initial attack by the BC warp/ Helion runby need to do huge economy damage to delay that Zerg push. I think Special mention its better to delay the Armory and go with more Factory to get more units out early and defend. | ||

That's the real danger of having all your nexus on 1 control group - the game recalling to the one you're right next to because that's the nearest one with energy. | ||
