How did the seedings even work? Even going by GSL points, odd to see Dark-Trap and Cure-Parting, for example. Especially the latter. How can a finalist and semi-finalist be in different seeding pots? And who between Zest and Special could have more points than those two? Just doesn't make sense, on top of my head. Not sure how the real points look like.

I think Dark vs Trap is the only really poorly seeded match, no idea how they came up with that I think it's because neither Dark nor Trap have had great years in terms of GSL Code S: Ro8 Ro16 Ro16 for Dark, Ro8 Ro8 Ro8 for Trap.

I think Dark vs Trap is the only really poorly seeded match, no idea how they came up with that I'm pretty certain they seed by "GSL points", which have actually existed way back since WoL. Basically, it takes only performance in GSL tournaments into account. It's how they create the four tier pools in order to seed Code S groups.

(I would say most of his damage was in it) technically yes : ] actually no :[ Well that's the point Shroud is a great ability, which works very well on paper and in lower leagues. It is mitigated by storms, bigboom balls, colossi or archons. Protoss has 4 different units how to mitigate the shroud, especially since the only ground anti-air we can talk about at later stages of the game are hydras and they melt against these 4 units. edit> in other words, shroud is even worse than EMP against zerg, because it has so limited use. But it is a great ability

It seems that Trap isn't really that overrated, who would have thought? On the other hand, if Byun feels that has to play like this every time he leaves the safety of his room next online "Katowice" might be the only big trophy he could realistically think to win.
