Sure it does. There's a foreign Zerg in the group and of the 3 the gap is by far the thinnest between Korean and foreign Zergs. | ||

He was clearly prepping for a normal WM drop, in which you don't usually move the workers if you have phoenix, and then when he realised there were 4 mines, it's not worth micro-ing the workers cos sometimes the drop will do more damage if you try. He recognised it too late. He did mismicro the drop in his main mineral line tho. | ||

Literally, for the last 8 years, zergs have played against this. It doesn't take 8 years and it doesn't take a progamer to figure out you should drone scout and then take the terran's second gas with the drone. | ||

But c'mon, it's Maru. We sit here in LR threads every time saying he's gonna proxy, and he always does, and the zergs don't counter it, and they lose. PartinG used to beat him on a regular basis in HotS by literally blind countering proxy rax. I've used that example so much because he's the only pro that realised how often he does it. I'm not saying you have to open pool first every map against Maru, but it should warrant some kind of preparation | ||

There are 100+ guys living in a secret basement somewhere secretly individually controlling every Terran unit Maru makes. This explains why Maru's micro appears to be so good. | ||
