Well my personal tinfoil hat theory is that TY paused the game because he was trying to build/queue more units but his keyboard didn't respond anymore so he started floating 700/500. He also didn't type pp, so maybe he even paused with his mouse.
Every 60 seconds in Africa, a minute passes.

At around 11:52 TY stopped spending his money, over the next 10 seconds he went over 800/500 resources and below 100 APM. That just wouldn't happen naturally to a player like TY.

The game was resumed from 11:52 which is the exact time that the issues appeared to have started. TY didn't change the build order at all, he just actually started making things.

Now I agree that pauses in general have an unknown impact on the game. Some players will be put out of rhythm by it and may even lose as a result. But you can't call a pause suspicious when there was clearly something going wrong
Zest, sOs, PartinG, Dark, and Maru are the real champs. ROOT_herO is overrated. Snute, Serral, and Scarlett are the foreigner GOATs

You realise TY was kiting and following Gumiho's army the entire distance across the map right? He didn't just have "seconds to react" to the situation.

It wasn't even that great an attack or allin either (three tanks and a bunch of hellbats), TY had more than enough army and production to hold it. If TY was really willing to pause and assess a situation he wouldn't have done it there.

i meant my opinion ("Gumiho was robbed") is too strong.

you're just undervaluing the element of time and calculation. any chance Gumiho had was gone. that's what was truly robbed: a chance to comeback.

Let's say it was legit. His keyboard was broken but he uses his mouse and stoped the game right before the push/attack. Gumiho cut off TY's third base. TY kited so hard and turned back with all of his units.15 min pause to change a wire/ a keyboard? Ooook. But, when game was resumed TY changed the build order. And also he sent a group to intercept new hellions/tanks. HE counts the numbers. It was unfair moment (at least).

The correct approach would've been cancelling the match and letting the winner get determined by a coinflip.
A coinflip is 100% fair and unbiased so no player would've gotten an unfair advantage.
Many of the coolest moments in sc2 happen due to worker harassment
