I thought it was randomly generated. In that case TY < Rogue herO > Gumiho Stats > soO Dark > INnoVation Rogue > herO Stats > Dark Stats > Rogue

In that case TY < Rogue herO > Gumiho Stats > soO Dark > INnoVation Rogue > herO Stats > Dark Stats > Rogue It is randomly drawn (though of course the usual conditions of 1st place finisher vs 2nd place finisher and people from the same group ending up on different sides of the bracket apply). It just so happened that last year we ended up with that arrangement.

If we assume a simple model where each WCS circuit player has a 20% chance of beating a WCS Korea player in a bo3, an all-Korean ro8 only happens 26% of the time.

That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if 0 foreigners advanced.

Does anyone know where VODs will be? On the Twitch channel or Sc2links?

Serral I think is most likely, then Neeb, because Serral has an easier group even though Neeb > Serral. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if 0 foreigners advanced. Even thou I'd even agree that on a paper Serral group is a bit easier than Neebs (just because True might be slightly worse than Nerchio but innovation ~= rogue and soO ~= gumiho) but Neeb has only to play one matchup vZ which might be his best whereas Serral has to prepare both ZvT and ZvZ and there is no P in his group where his best matchup is ZvP afaik. So IMHO Neeb has better chance to advance than Serral and I think he will be the only foreigner to do so.
