SEASON 2
Corsair Cups are getting an upgrade for 2017 thanks to Twitch. Each weekly will now award points, creating a league system leading up to a large finals at the end of every month. The finals will be invite only based on points earned from the previous weeks. Be sure to check out the Corsair Store for some of the latest gear!

It's so sad, Showtime was Nerchio was soooooo hype in 2016. But recently you just know how it's gonna end.
Will the Hydra buff be enough to change something? I just want to see enjoyable PvZs again.

...regarding today Season 2 Finals I don't get why Neeb is playing since he did not play in any of the three events awarding points for the Finals... were all the "after 8 place" players unavailable to play this evening?

Early last year I still had hope for ZvP, but now that it's figured out the matchup is pretty disgusting, design and balance wise I think.
Warpprisms and Skytoss are just so infuriating. Also the fact that Protoss economy is way closer to zerg economy now compared to WoL or HotS.
Still hoping for some magic hydra drops or something  . GL!

Reminder that the new home of the corsair cup is being tested on fridays, no longer mondays

For the month of June, we'll be missing a large portion of the month due to WCS Qualifiers, Zombiegrub flying to Korea + both Zombiegrub & Rifkin flying to Toronto for the Gameland Invitational. Rather than cancel a month worth of cups, we're temporarily restructuring BTSL as well as the Corsair Cup to better fit our schedule. Overall prize pools for the month will remain the same, but be combined to create 1 large prize.
New format is as follows:
- 8 Players invited
- 2x4 player groups leading to Ro4
Dates and invited players will be posted later.

How on earth did you arrive at this seeding for the finals bracket? It does not follow Corsair tournament results, WCS standings, Aligulac ratings. Is this totally random or is this just a provisional bracket?
