Well, I pretty much stopped watching most of WCS after the region lock came in, so for me it's horrible. I sure do have a lot of free time on my hands now though.

it wasn't forced by Blizzard. It's the kespa forced switch that fucked both scenes :x. Which is Blizz fault a bit as well, but region lock didn't change much.
