A bio army is effective grouped. A bio army is effective split attacking from multiple angles.
A R&R army is effective grouped. A R&R army isn't effective when split.
If Terran gets past the 10-12 minute mark without losing, it becomes their game to lose.

No it doesn't suck. It just becomes extremely challenging to win with as the game goes on. There is a very significant window between 7-10 minutes where you can crush T outright. But if he holds, you need to have a really good transition or else you are in deep shit.
