like that time TRUE got dunked on during HSC

There's always an exception to the rule. But I'm fairly sure you'll agree with me that in whatever foreign tournament TRUE decides to play, he'll be a favourite to win.

Because they cant practice inhouse. They dont get respected in other teamhouses (and have to stay in sub-pair houses like MVP or SBENU (When it was still a thing)) or they have to do their own house (OnFire) without any gains from being in Korea. Sitting in korea in a foreigner house or sitting in California and playing with 100 ping on Kr, whats the difference? The feeling?

Where do you want to go with that statement? I think the situation in 2015 when weaker koreans participated in EU/AM ladder was the best. We had decent competition and a healthy ladder that progamers could use to grow in.
You don't get better if you keep facing inferiors.

I wonder how koreans initially got so good, hmmm

The difference is easy:

HSC was a tournament to just play and take on, this event is the ticket to blizzcon, expect 1000x of the preperation.

Because ZvZ and ZvT are matchups that exist

I'd rate TRUE higher than any foreign pro. I'm ready to bet 50 bucks that TRUE won't lose to any pro in a Bo21 series.
