Well, no period where they have the stronger army and can "do something". Toss has so many periods throughout the game where they can "test the terrans defenses". And if terran survives, he is still at a disadvantage late game as Tempest/HT beats anything terran has. The only timing you could argue they have is if they can get lots of liberators + ghosts out before Tempests are out which really shouldn't happen unless the toss fucks up. | ||
