I value overall talent more than every specific result. I would say there are about 25-30 "good players" 10 or so "elite players" and 4 God-tier performers (Life/Maru/herO/PartinG) That's just my opinion though

No. Only if you are in GM is your opinion relevant. Because its impossible to understand starcraft to a moderate degree without having 300 apm and 2+ years of experience
