Fairly good result from Bunny but I wouldn't say beating 2-1 Patience is much of an accomplishment TBH.

That said, I'm cheering for him to make it far

Patience is a good win. He's in code S and he has been playing well recently. I'd agree that he's still just a middle tier Korean though.

He beat marineking in code a..Patience is at best, mediocre

You really have the weirdest rating scale for sc2 skill in your head . I saw "Code A level = fairly decent" earlier. What do you consider good?

Good? hm maybe ro16/ro8 in code S/Good proleague performer. I'm not sure of an exact definition, its more of watching and appreciating their play than anything else. There is nothing interesting about Patience as a player and he will get trucked in his Code S group

So only ~10 players are good ? That's not a lot.

It's not a hard and fast definition. I value overall talent more than every specific result. I would say there are about 25-30 "good players" 10 or so "elite players" and 4 God-tier performers (Life/Maru/herO/PartinG)

That's just my opinion though

Well fair enough.
Maru and Serral are probably top 5.

I find it ludicrous, but I fear debating over this theme will lead us to that "WCS Players Cannot Be Considered Good" meme all over again.

Can Our Opinion Even Be Considered Relevant ?

No. Only if you are in GM is your opinion relevant. Because its impossible to understand starcraft to a moderate degree without having 300 apm and 2+ years of experience
