Should I link you other 10 games where Life lost in most stupid way? Like recent game against Maru? Losing almost every game against Bbyong in Proleague? Finals against ForGG? I mean, he lost to ForGG(not saying ForGG is bad, but I don't rate him nowhere near top Korean Terrans). Having one good game doesn't mean crap after so many fails and yeah he probably learned thing or two after so many losses to mech.
Are you serious? He tried everything to break maru; pulling tanks out of position, tech switching etc. The game vs maru was after the SH nerf where no Zerg has any idea how to break mech beyond all-inning with roaches or 2 hatch muta builds..
Good, now address finals against ForGG and majority of his games against Bbyong.

Yes. I did not claim that he is stupid and clueless in the match-up and offer to link 10 other games (of which three losses to Bbyong were to well-refined hellbat/banshee pushes, not lategame mech) of the same variety, however. So please follow through with that.
So, playing mega-greedy against player that is known for his Hellbat and Banshees pushes isn't stupid? Compared to Soulkey and SoO, he definitely looked clueless to me against Mech in most of his games apart from last few maybe.

Apparently it is. The only Korean Zergs I've seen win agame vs mech in the late game this year I remember are Life and Curious. soO keeps losing to inferior players meching against him. And I'm pretty sure someone said at some point Life improved this only recently.

in his last games before the SH nerf, he WAS great vs mech, one of the best, and that's the whole point
He avenged his loss against forGG and absolutely demolished him. Broke Dream's mech and had a pretty unique style with the use of infestors (with infested terrans on tanks) and blinding clouds. He pretty much had it figured out prior to the SH patch. Even after the SH nerf he played a pretty close game against Maru where he was winning most of the engagements but couldn't pull it out without a locust buffer.
