Life is one of the greatest of all time. If Hydra gave his mojo to Jaedong in BW, Id expect Jaedong to slump then too. They are just in different tiers of players. Yeah right now there is no doubt about that I agree. But it kinda feels like nobody sees what Jaedong already did in sc2, when for every other player his achievements would be huge. He also gets way more fan hype based on his legacy for lesser results than most players in sc2. It goes both ways. That particular fact is why I usually cheer against him It kind of weirds me out that your feelings for a player are affected by his fans haha I am extremely indiffrent towards Jaedong btw he is before my time. He wins a game: "THE TYRANT IS BACK FGHSUAJKLJ" He loses a game: "I hope his condition is okay the tyrant shall return he must be tired etc" It goes on and on and gets annoying. Leenock for example has done way more in sc2 but gets not nearly the credit Still not JD's fault though mhmm...which is why I don't hate him as a person, I just want him to lose so I don't have to read the overhyped tyrant is back messages with dancing sheep How do you feel about Flash? People tend to be more critical if Flash loses because he has the reputation as God and the Ultimate Weapon so if he isn't winning tournaments going 16-0 they get disappointed. Which is funny either way because as good as Flash was back then he wasn't winning every tournament he touched even back in his bonjwa days.

I don't really understand how you can cheer against someone, because the casters/fans hype him too much. If he was a dick or cheater or whatever ok, but cheering against somebody with his personality/attitude is somewhat extreme imo. I don't think he deserves that because you think his fans are annoying.
Well but we had this conversation before I think . No biggie and I just hope Jaedong shows solidd games tomorrow!
Btw I only saw Jaedong play SC:BW once at WCG 2008/9 which I was watching for wc3, before I really started following sc with sc2. So I am a Jaedong fan because of sc2 mainly, not just because of his BW past.
Of course I watched tons of Jaedong BW vods since then, but I wouldn't have done that if he hadn't won me over in sc2.
