At least to me it seemed like life pretty much destroyed inno not strategically (far from that considering he should've lost just from the opening), but mechanically.

Mine hits weren't great either, baneling sniping was pretty good though. INno underperformed today, Life played much better than he did yesterday (and IMO at basically his regular level).

I see Innovation as 2-3 base timing attack guy, not as a macro monster. MMA, Dream, herO they all have better macro games. If i see Innovations games he lifts his main to his third, cause he usually doesnt take third. Dont know why many people say he is macro monster.
