Innovation vs. Life. How were the games? Why does the OP contain a warning? GUYS ANSWER ME I only caught the second part of the last game which was decently enjoyable, while scrappy, so I can't really answer your question, but why am I in your sig?^^ Because you backed me up in a certain blog when I thought I was fighting a lonely battle. Turned out that people actually thought the same as I did. Also, I beat you on ladder, and "to be the man, you gotta beat the man" so I'm the man. Subtle, eh? Thanks guys, you are awesome! Now let me lol at cricketer for shit-talking a hell of a lot and then getting warned for being slow :D Aha thanks, it's true that I thought more people would react like you did d:

Congratulations to Life! innovation is a great mechanical player but life wasn't wrong in saying he needed to work on his mechanics. not the splits we usually see from Inno. At least to me it seemed like life pretty much destroyed inno not strategically (far from that considering he should've lost just from the opening), but mechanically.

Mine hits weren't great either, baneling sniping was pretty good though. INno underperformed today, Life played much better than he did yesterday (and IMO at basically his regular level).

Life vs Dream was some really really high level TvZ.

Absolutely no balance whine Life is the greatest Zerg ever and probably the best SC2 player since mvp but I really really don't like the mine as a unit. It seems so random and backfire a lot

definitely unless you are a Life fan of course, but if you want to watch good SC2, rewatch Dream vs Life and forget today's series

Life vs Dream was a great series to watch. Better than Life vs Inno

I see Innovation as 2-3 base timing attack guy, not as a macro monster. MMA, Dream, herO they all have better macro games. If i see Innovations games he lifts his main to his third, cause he usually doesnt take third. Dont know why many people say he is macro monster.

There was this time back in 2013 when OSL had round robin group stages. They scheduled so the team kill was last. So Fantasy and Rain were forced to play each other, but Fantasy had 0 chacne to get out of the group while if Rain won he could go to tiebreakers. This was back when Fantasy was good and hellbat drops murdered Protoss players. So Rain "beat" Fantasy and then barely won the tiebreakers. That was undeserved. where are you now guys who always argue that round robin is a better format every few or so threads Just mention Lucifron when they appear. The Dreamhack Coin though Ideally we would have time for swiss rounds.. but it's not that exciting and the submarine effect is stupid. so double elim groups are a perfect mix between fairness and entertainment. We should just make a game automatically a bo15 if koreans are involved.

Tried a terrible baneling bust and ended up losing to a 3-3 timing. Was pretty close. Game 4: Life loses to proxy reaper (happened in game 1 as well but Life microed perfectly) Game 5: Life comes back from huge deficit through some great mutalisk harass and Inno overextending. Just absolutely epic game. Life didn't outplay Inno in macro... Inno was just hopeless vs banelings Half full vs half empty All full of dead marines and banelings.

last time arty mctosis said someone was the best player in the world of their race, he played like shit. Please don't do this.

Well i've been up all day and the sun is now coming up. I'm so tired but HerO though i have to watch.

What a throw from innovation haven't seen him played so poorly in quite some time. It seemed like he did everything to not win this game.

A strong case of imbalance is the only thing I can think of, and we're in a pretty balanced meta right now, IMO. Even then it doesn't make sense. It's not Sniper's fault that the game was how it was, he deserves what he got as much as anyone else. Just because it wasn't Sniper's fault doesn't mean he deserved it.
Then it's an arbitrary notion, and it doesn't make a ton of sense.
