In just his own bracket other players in the same round got to play Nado/Terror/Choya. Sad times Also I dislike the format. If it's going to be double elimination make it double elimination. Some people got a FREE PASS into double elimination with two straight byes and some people got Rain in round one and didn't have a chance for redemption. Also I dislike that it wasn't streamed. SIGH

And why wasn't it streamed? It is literally GSL caliber players.. I don't know why they do this to themselves with qualifiers, there is immense interest.

Also not happy that this change in the GSL has led to DRG, who got ro8 last season, will now lose his 12 or 13 code s in a row streak.... boooooooooooooo And why wasn't it streamed? I think the reasoning is they don't want to put extra pressure on the players by streaming their matches

I'm just saying that's the reasoning that's been given before

HEYO In all seriousness I guess you're right but still it is disappointing, and I think they would rake in a lot of viewers if they did stream it. A lot of people want to see some players we don't see all that much of

They dont stream them. When you have 8 brackets per time with Bo3 R16 starting, how many Games can you cast? You would have to use alot of community streams and they would create lag, chaos and disturbe the players and enlarge the qualifier. GSL Qualifier where allways at one day and thus streaming them would lead to problems which could make the time schedule worthless. The SSL Stream was not much more then jump here into this bracket, jump there into that game, talks something and jump right into this game. You could argue that they should have more qualifier with larger brackets, so that upsets can be correctet. I disagree with that: When the topplayers are not able to win their bracket, bad for them, good for the viewer, they get strong fresh faces who could be better them then and now get a chance. Maybe a bit more training for this special environments.

It really is 2012 all over again, but I think that means great things for the competition next year. KT, besides TY, didn't show up for these qualifiers, but I'm sure they'll improve. The entire team has a tendency to either all do well together (Round 1 PL, Finals PL), or be pretty bad together, but there's too much talent to go to waste. They don't lol, SKT has the most

![]() as always i laugh at people who bemoan players like zest, soo, flash etc. not making it. i swear sometimes it seems like starcraft fans hate anyone but the most recent top players doing well. i think some people would be happier watching a zest vs soon best of 999 series instead of even having a GSL ![]() i totally understand if you're just a huge fan of a particular player and want them to succeed, but the "all the best players should be the best forever" is so stodgy

He lost to Panic 2-0 (Panic was a pleasant surprise this qualifier, winning first in his bracket 2-0 over Hyun 2-1 over Cure and 2-0 over Hack!)
