That's because of two things: the Korean infrastructure is ridiculously advanced, allowing far, FAR more Korean players to become known internationally, and these qualifiers are held offline, so fewer randoms show up to play, assuming they wouldn't have a chance anyway. | ||

I cannot speak authoritatively but methinks Korean players "break out" differently than foreign ones. | ||
