Overall? That's debatable. Prior to this win, ForGG hadn't really done a whole lot. The last time ForGG was getting any real hype was way back in early 2012 when people thought he would be the harbinger of Kespa dominance. Then he got knocked out of code S twice and went to Europe never winning a premiere event.
Whereas Jaedong got 2nd at last year's Blizzcon and won Northcon not long after. For the latter half of 2013 he really did look like a top-tier zerg. 2014 Jaedong looks mostly average.
