The players aren't on even footing, so it's hard to hype it up, and winning 2 boX series in a row against an evenly matched opponent is insanely hard. So double elimination tournaments have the option of going for fairness, or for excitement. Dreamhack went for excitement, and I don't fault them for that. | ||
